April NATURE Challenge

The end of March marks a time of renewal for me. I'm getting closer to nature, which is awakening to life. Whether we're ready or not, or whether we're taciturn, grumpy, or sad, nature is growing strong and making its way. Some of us have sometimes spent the last few months indoors in front of the TV, becoming well-mashed potatoes! Hahaha!

Well, now it's time to move on to the April NATURE Challenge!
Do you remember the delicious smell of nature awakening? The birds that flutter from tree to tree, accompanying you along your path? To tempt you even more, I'll leave you the link to some nature activities that I find worthwhile.
The presentation of the national parks in Quebec, Canada
There are several places that have truly superb natural labyrinthsSome can be visited with children.
There are also plenty of sites that offer the berry picking. Kids love these kinds of activities!
And what could be better than adopting a sport that can be practiced year-round or during specific seasons outdoors.
There are many outdoor step shapes. Personally, I like brisk walking, which requires special technique and attention. Of course, going for a walk in nature, in a park or even in the mountains, is a little pleasure that I regularly indulge in. There is Nordic walking, which I am less familiar with, and meditative walking, which is very restorative. There are surely many others.
As you know, I like the running. Sometimes I'm so slow you could almost walk alongside me. And other times I feel like a rocket. I love doing sprint races that are very demanding on the body but so exhilarating! We sprint for 20 seconds to a minute for the same time or less walking. It's a blast, I love it. And what about running with my dog, Lou, who is happy to accompany me even though she is lazy by nature!

There swimming, which can be done outdoors or indoors in winter. Phew! At first I thought I was out of breath! However, as I persevered, it got better and better. I particularly like the Desjardins Aquatic Center located in St-Hyacinthe, even though it's a 45-minute drive from my home. They have a very wide opening offer compared to their competitors. In addition, they have 3 pools: wading pool, lower pool and lane pool. It's so popular that there are sometimes international or regional competitions, so sometimes the lane pool is closed. It remains my favorite pool. The changing rooms are well maintained by the janitors, a fact that is very important to me.
So now do you have any excuses left to get your energy OUTSIDE?
He does fret??? Well no! Here, I would say that it's fresh but well dressed, you will be happy!
Hmm, you are alone) for and you find it boring? Well, it's simple, join a group, there are plenty!
Too busy? Well, that's the excuse I can't accept! Why? You're worth the time you give to your body and mind!
Too tired? Great, by going to exercise, you'll get some energy! Crazy, huh?! (Well, now I can't laugh anymore!)
You have hurt somewhere? Exercising, even walking, benefits your entire body and even gives your brain endorphins!
What will others say?? Phew!!! This one is so funny! Do you really think they only have you to think about?!

Isn't life wonderful? Come on, enough talking! Let's get dressed and head OUTSIDE!!!
