When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument.
If we believe your payment violated any law or any of our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
Services
Services will be billed in full when the service is ordered.
Transport and delivery
When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with accurate estimates of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs
Our basic shipping fee is $$10.00 for all purchases of products, accessories, equipment, and management tools. However, remote or air freight charges may replace air freight charges in certain administrative regions of Quebec, as shown below.
- Basic costs : $10.00: Regions: Centre-du-Québec; Estrie; Laval; Mauricie; Montérégie; Montreal
- Average removal costs : $50.00 Capitale-Nationale, Chaudière-Appalaches; Lanaudière; Laurentides; Outaouais regions
- High removal costs: $150.00 Regions Bas-Saint-Laurent; Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
- Airfare: Fees are to be checked Regions Abitibi-Témiscamingue; Côte-Nord; Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine; Nord-du-Québec
Limitation of liability
CF Salubrité Inc or any of its employees will be held responsible for any problems arising from this site. However, CF Salubrité Inc and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any irregular use of this site.
Compensation
As a user, you hereby indemnify CF Salubrité Inc. from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set forth herein.
Applicable laws
This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.
For EU residents, the GDPR is the applicable law that governs this document. In the event of any inconsistency between any provision of this document and the GDPR, the GDPR rules will prevail.
Divisibility

All other provisions shall remain unaffected by the laws and the remainder of the document shall still be deemed valid.
Additional provisions
Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the phone number or email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product. The item will not be refunded, but rather exchanged for a new one.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email. This step will be done within a reasonable timeframe if you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product.
Training cancellation policy
When you book a training course, you are responsible for ensuring you attend the course. We, for our part, are responsible for delivering the course on the promised date and time. If you fail to attend the course, there will be no refund if the course has taken place.
However, if we are forced to cancel or postpone a training session, you will be notified in advance. You will then have the option to receive a refund or select another training date.
As there are a limited number of available spots per training group, registration closes automatically when all spots have been sold. Therefore, it is not possible to take more participants than the number of available spots in class.
Changes
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to ensure compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our site and how we expect users to behave on our site. We recommend that our users check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure they are aware of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users of changes to these terms by email or by posting a notice on our site.
