Our 6-step approach
1. A customized form
The first step is to create the form that will serve as the basis for monitoring all your employees. Each room is classified as a separate prototype and evaluated on several checkpoints (daily, weekly, and annual tasks). Don't have a maintenance quote in place? We'll prepare one with you.
2. A clear and objective assessment
Each checkpoint is evaluated according to a simple chart:
- Compliant
- Needs improvement
- Non-compliant
Each prototype is assessed according to a well-defined grid, with a score assigned to each prototype, resulting in an overall score for the entire building. The assessment is conducted using a tablet. For high-risk contact points, we use a marker whose date is only visible under UV light: if the date has disappeared, the point has been successfully cleaned.
3. Concrete comments, supported by photos
For each prototype evaluated, we add maintenance tips and comments, along with a photo of the non-conformity. You can see exactly what needs to be corrected.
4. A report to management
After each visit, a report is submitted to management including full details of quality control per prototype and, where applicable, recommendations for improvement.
5. Employee feedback and coaching
When the client mandates us, we meet with the employee to give feedback and coach them on the right work methods, the right product to use or the recommended work sequence.
6. Statistics to help you make progress
When quality control is performed regularly, statistics are compiled. These allow you to identify concrete areas for improvement for your team.
