Anything is possible when you really want to succeed!

I have an incredible opportunity through my job to meet people who truly want to succeed, improve, and do better! Today, I met Christophe, who attended the floor maintenance techniques training. He finished work at 2:00 a.m. last night, but he was present at the class this morning at 10:00 a.m.… he was from New Brunswick!

To all those people who really want to succeed, BRAVO!

I also have the privilege of going all over Quebec, places I would never have seen otherwise. Wow, what a beautiful place we have in Quebec! And wow, how lucky I feel to be able to travel like this!

Training in remote areas

By the way, I regularly have to fly to provide training to distant groups. I've been traveling across Quebec over the past few years. And I might add, I love it! Ha ha ha! I get to see so many beautiful parts of the country!

For these participants, the desire to do better in the future motivates them to call me. So, there were School service centers, of the municipalities, of the food factories Or industrial and even housekeeping contractors.

How is it going?

• This type of extended training is more expensive, so we try to save as much money as possible. Some tasks are then performed remotely. Sometimes, these organizations provide us with information on the cleaning products and equipment available to them. We therefore customize the training manuals based on available inventories.
• A materials assessment can also be performed upon request. You will receive clear recommendations for the most efficient equipment for your buildings, surfaces, and floor coverings.
• Some of them have not renewed their machines for several years and this is often one of the points that we can review together. Each year,excellent innovations in the field are done. And many of them allow the operation to be carried out more quickly and efficiently in addition to being more safe for the workforce. So, it is worth asking whether the tasks cannot be improved.
• THE housekeeping quote, the calculation of working times can be partly redone remotely with the correct information.

The time of training

Once I arrived, I was given a glimpse of the worst sanitation challenges to address! The service providers simply didn't have the answers based on their experience and knowledge. Having to deal with these kinds of problems in different buildings gave me the chance to have a great bank of solutions :-).

The buyer has already taken care of assembling the group and finding an ideal room or practice space. Most workers are generally happy to get such a course, having never received one before.

In remote areas, we combine several days to maximize the amount of learning for participants. For example, these training sessions are held on a regular basis:

• Housekeeping training
• Spring cleaning and post-construction cleaning techniques
• Floor maintenance techniques

What happens after training?

My clients are important to me, and I generally maintain contact with them. Everyone is free to call or write to me if they have any needs, concerns, or questions. I love hearing from them and knowing how the quality of their buildings is progressing.
