When I opened the business CF Salubrité Inc. in 2017, I had 3 main objectives:
- Offer some specialized, quality training, in the middle of housekeeping.
- Develop a new source of information which would serve to to make known new technologies. Introduce new products, accessories, equipment and methods maintenance that can improve employee working conditions and/or efficiency. Promote evolution from our environment.
- We opened a shopping store. But only products, accessories and equipment that we approve find their way there. The store undergoes additions and improvements every week based on requests and needs.
- I wanted to offer a neutral space, without unhealthy competition where everyone could express themselves, learn, and exchange with confidence.
The company has since solidified itself and has been able to confirm the importance of these new services, for several sectors, in my opinion. I love my professional life and I am rewarded every day. I feel that I am more in my place than I have ever been. I have the feeling of having accomplished my duty and I am thriving more than ever! I will tell you this secret, there are days when I feel so happy with my second career that my heart bursts with joy!!! It has become a little happiness in professional life.

We are nevertheless a private company that makes its own choicesOver the years, we tried several services and abandoned some of these ideas. However, after these first 5 years, the company solidified itself and was able to confirm its place within the housekeeping industry.
THE choice of our suppliers
We work with only a few suppliers by choice. We've tried several and continue to be open-minded. Our store is a testament to this. However, our type of business requires us to offer excellent quality products, accessories, and equipment. We also choose to introduce new technologies and the most effective methods on the market. We favor environmental protection and biotechnology. We also try to eliminate from our projects any products that are hazardous to worker health. We also favor methods that respect user ergonomics and safety.
Our work ethic
We have our recognized trainer accreditation andWe therefore submit to rules that seem entirely appropriate to us and we respect them. So, CF Salubrité does not offer training certificates for free and does not offer a training certificate to someone who would even pay to receive a training certificate without attending the training. This is against the nature of our private business. This company was set up specifically to improve the quality of work. So, there is no room for negotiation on this matter. To be eligible to receive a training certificate, you must attend the training.
The form of our preferred training courses
We promote the in-person, classroom training. In this way, employees can truly experience the methods. They can test equipment, products or accessories that are part of the classroom. When a new technology is effective, we integrate it into our classes to allow our participants to progress. I firmly believe in doing the training in person, even if during Covid-19, we did training by videoconference given the situation. But this is not the training method we favor.

Training does not take place that week. This is the choice we made to allow ourselves to rest too. This is to be fully effective when we are in office.
THE number of participants per class is limited in order to promote participant learning. We have also chosen to encourage registrations through our website secure. This allows us tooptimize our time with customers and not managing administrative tasks that a secure website can do for us.
Please be assured that we are always open to suggestions and requests. However, the company is private and tries to achieve its objectives in the most optimal way possible.
Our public and private group training calendar
We have a fully equipped and functional training room. It contains everything necessary to give participants the opportunity to learn effectively. However, we also serve several public and private organizations such as cities and municipalities, educational institutions and factories food Or industrial. So, our services can be given directly at our clients' workplaces. Obviously, a minimum number of participants is required. We then offer training books adapted to the environment, for example by adjusting the books according to the products used.
Cities, municipalities, school sites, factories are among our selected customers.
These clients all have their own unique characteristics. And this allows us to perfect our methods. Solutions that work for one client can also be beneficial to others. So this diversification of clientele is very educational.
One of our mandates is to evaluate buildings. We examine non-conformities and assess the equipment, products, and accessories made available to employees. We examine the methods used and the organization of the work. We also recommend what should be done to correct building hygiene and sanitation problems. We prepare work schedules and maintenance specifications, or we evaluate them to correct them for the best benefit of our customers. This type of mandate represents more than 60% of our business.
