Long description:
The housekeeping team manager is the primary guardian of quality. This one-day training course provides them with practical tools to effectively fulfill this role on a daily basis:

• The manager's role: the responsibilities of the team leader and the supervisor, and how they complement each other.
• Communicating effectively: listen, speak with facts, check understanding and formulate a clear request.
• Organizing the work: work routes, inventory management, maintenance area and employee training.
• Quality control and feedback: risk zones, marked inspection grid, UV marker, customer survey and feedback to the employee.
• Managing difficult situations: An employee who doesn't follow instructions, a complaining customer, a conflict within the team.

A very practical training course: role-playing scenarios, pair exercises and exchanges between managers.

Target audience:
Managers, supervisors and team leaders in housekeeping, as well as hygiene and sanitation managers.
