On April 24, 2019, I had the pleasure of meeting Marc André Morin, Marketing Coordinator at V-To Products. I had come across a few blog posts written by Marc-André, which sparked my interest in meeting him and learning more about V-To Products. The company dates back to 1953 and was founded by Pierre Chevalier. It is now managed by Vincent, the third generation of the Chevalier family, since September 2016. It is therefore a stable and solid company that I had the privilege of getting to know.

An innovative technology
Marc-André drew my attention to an innovative technology I wasn't familiar with. Here's some information about this technology that you might find interesting: REV technology. This technology allows two technologies to be combined in the same equipment: One Self-cleaning machine capable of washing and scrubbing floors, Manufactured by the company Advance! Interesting, isn't it?! Using distinct orbital and rotary movements when scrubbing floors, it removes several layers of floor finish. This technology therefore offers significant time savings. Furthermore, I believe that with such easy scrubbing, janitors will be inclined to add layers of floor finish year after year, without stripping. In one step, you can remove the floor finish, without any other chemicals..
I'm thinking particularly of the caretakers working in elementary schools. Very often, the caretaker works alone in their school during the major summer cleaning. So, organizing the work during the floor refinishing stage is crucial. They're alone to clean the walls, the furniture, and refinish the floors! This equipment will be a great help to them. And during the rest of the year, the same equipment will be used to wash the floors with a different cleaning pad.

The white paw program
It is clear that the service is based on customer satisfaction and problem-solving. A small anecdote on this subject is that V-To Products developed a program specifically for daycare centers and CPEs (early childhood centers). Realizing that the caretakers were not using the right methods, they developed the white paw program which was a real success. The childcare centers and daycares that adopted this program drastically reduced cases of gastroenteritis in their facilities! When such a problem spreads in a daycare, all the children and staff can be affected. Therefore, it is really important to establish an effective program that everyone can easily follow. Well done, V-To Products, this White Paw program is an excellent initiative!
