My opinion on the subject?
Wondering my opinion on all this? Personally, I recognize that housekeeping staff do a physical work, which is important for our buildings. These people deserve a good salary, in my opinion. All buildings need cleaning! These employees ensure our health by having good work organization and effective cleaning techniques. They very often work evenings or nights and few are lucky enough to have a day shift.
Employees in the commercial and industrial sectors currently have very good salaries. And I hope it continues to be so. Furthermore, it is also important that companies can compete on equal terms with each other regarding employee salary conditions.
Businesses also need the law to be enforced equally for all and without favoritism. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and it is a great shame.
What do I wish for?
- A salary taking into account the responsibility of employees concerning building hygiene and everyone's health
- And who holds taking into account the energy and physical condition that this profession requires. Employees work still standingThey do repetitive and sometimes demanding work.
- A clear, precise and precise salary for all employees, in all companies..
- I suggest a salary that takes into account that employees all make heavy and light work (a/b), only some do only heavy work (a)
- A basic salary for the team leader Who respects the tasks to be performed and the level of responsibility.
- Of the simple conditions to be met by the employer. Clear and precise rules! Pno gray area and no favoritism for a certain number of them.
- Whether the housekeeping employee works for a company or a private or public employer, have the same salary conditions and other important conditions basic.
It's simple, I want all parties to be treated with respect and equality! I really hope for a positive outcome to this situation which has been going on for too long already.
