What is the FOCUS objectives and action plan for 2023?
You'll be encouraged to write down all your goals, dreams, and decisions. Along with your mentor, you'll choose the actions you need to take to give yourself the best chance of success. Your mentor will help you find the right path. You will need to formally engage with the mentor which will offer you a quarterly monitoring throughout 2023.
This exercise is designed for senior business executives only.
Included in the FOCUS program
- An initial meeting to put your objectives and action plan in writing.
- Your written plan which will seal your commitment to the mentor.
- 4 follow-ups in mandatory communication with the mentor to see where you are and see if there are any adjustments to be made.
