Public procurement is a significant and stable source of contracts for cleaning companies. However, the process can be daunting and information difficult to find. In just one afternoon, learn how to identify suitable tenders on the SEAO (French Public Procurement System), how to qualify, and how to meet the selection criteria, with real-world examples studied in class.
What you will learn
- Distinguish between the types of public contracts (public tender, invitation, negotiated) and the four methods of awarding.
- Register with SEAO, monitor and find calls for tenders in housekeeping by keywords.
- Obtain the required documents: RENA, clicSÉQUR, Revenu Québec certificate, OQLF, authorization to contract from the AMP.
- Analyze the opinion and the specifications: admissibility, deadlines, site visit and time calculations.
- Meeting the most frequent selection criteria: implementation, hiring, quality control, supervision, training and references.
- Recognize and avoid collusion.
