Lydia is the general manager, consultant, and trainer at CF Salubrité. After 32 years of experience in housekeeping, she left the family business in May 2017 to found CF Salubrité, to which she has dedicated herself entirely ever since. She created it with a clear mission: to offer high-quality training, accessible to all, giving everyone the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and raise the skill level in the industry. In December 2022, she set up a fully equipped, two-story training room to provide hands-on learning. Always on the lookout for best practices, she hones her expertise by taking several training courses each year. Passionate about quality and best practices, she supports managers with training, quality control, and advice tailored to each environment. She would be pleased to speak with you.

Karyne is a hygiene and sanitation consultant and trainer at CF Salubrité. She personally supports our clients from the Centre-du-Québec region to the Saguenay, providing training, quality control, and advice tailored to each environment. Karyne knows the industry inside and out: recognized training, experience in a hospital's hygiene and sanitation department, and a strong background in sales, industry, and post-construction cleaning—she even ran her own company in the field. Known for her attentive listening, exceptional patience, and meticulous attention to detail, she participates in continuing education courses every year to stay current.
