Before applying a floor sealer, it is very important to neutralize the floor thoroughly and wait until it is dry. Use a new or clean damp mop to spread the floor sealer.
A sealer is only applied when a floor has been completely stripped.
The floor finish is applied after the sealer. Be sure to let each coat dry thoroughly before applying another.
