What you will learn
- Recognize each type of coating — ceramic, terrazzo and stone, wood, Mondo, linoleum, vinyl tile — and apply the correct treatment.
- Mastering the "staircase" of maintenance: dusting and washing daily, polishing, scouring as needed, stripping every 3 to 5 years.
- Perform the major operations step by step: polishing, scrubbing, stripping and applying the finish.
- Choosing the right tampon and the right product, and understanding the role of pH and rinsing.
- Apply specialized techniques: Twister pads for terrazzo and stone, biotechnology, orbital scrubbing.
