How many times do we automatically say YES so as not to displease! I did that for a good part of my life! But one day, by dint of saying NO to ourselves, life shows us, through lots of little physical aches and pains, that enough is enough! Our body, our head, our heart needs to be in agreement, otherwise, one or the other becomes non-functional. In the last few months, I have met several people who put a brake on themselves, an X on themselves. Sometimes it is because they wrongly believe that they are not capable of it. And other times, it is to not displease others.

Of all these people, those who agreed to say YES had a sparkle in their eyes: MAGIC!! In the same way, we often respond to events, to requests mechanically, according to conventions. But I ask you the question…. Would you like me to say YES to please you or because I really want to? Do you want me to say or do such an action to please you or rather because I have the real impulse to say YES to you?

Personally, I'm fed up with conventions. So, when I say yes, when I offer you something, it's because my heart and my head have decided, together, that they really want it. WOW, what a joy to allow yourself so much freedom!

SO, Next month, my challenge is to say YES to life, to yourself and to others, by being in harmony with your head and your heart.
