How do you prepare a housekeeping estimate detailing the frequency of work to be done throughout the year, such as regular and periodic work? Well, I thought I'd give you a summary of what I believe is necessary in any public or private building.<\/p>\n

First, it's important to separate the spaces: public and private. A private space is a place where only one person will be there, for example, your office. On the other hand, the cafeteria, bathrooms, entrance, reception, waiting room, and conference room are places where there is a lot of traffic.<\/p>\n

We agree that your offices are just as important as your bathrooms. However, the risk of transmitting bacteria to many people is much lower in your office, since you're the only person there. Therefore, offices could be cleaned once a week (furniture, windowsills, dusting high places). The rest of the week, you could empty the trash, remove stains from the walls, and tidy up the furniture.<\/p>\n
