Housekeeping staff, in particular, need to inspire confidence. This blog post discusses professionalism, uniforms, and housekeeping facilities.<\/p>\n<h2>How to address a customer<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"1030\">We favor the <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"777\">formal address<\/strong> rather than using the informal &quot;tu&quot; form, as this is a professional, not a familiar, relationship.
