This client has no experience with housekeeping. So she hires a cleaning company to ensure the job is done properly. However, the man providing the estimate seems knowledgeable, so she doesn&#039;t specify everything he believes a spring cleaning entails. The result is a dissatisfied client and uncorrected non-conformities.<\/p>\n<h2>First check the competence<\/h2>\n<p>It is a shame to say that the field of housekeeping only includes <em><strong>10%<\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>of trained employees<\/strong><\/em>! Indeed, employees enter the profession without having received any real training, other than that learned as teenagers by their parents. On the other hand, doing housekeeping professionally is much more than cleaning according to what one learned when they were younger.<\/p>\n<h3>A <a href=\"https:\/\/cfsalubrite.com\/en\/cfs-training\/housekeeping-hygiene\/\">real housekeeping training<\/a> will include several topics such as:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_12270\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12270\" style=\"width: 270px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12270\" src=\"https:\/\/cfsalubrite.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Lechelle-de-pH-et-son-utilite-2-600x337.png\" alt=\"The pH scale and its usefulness\" width=\"270\" height=\"152\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-12270\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The pH scale and its usefulness<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Hygiene<\/strong> and the <strong>barrier gestures<\/strong> to avoid contaminating yourself or others;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The right ways to avoid problems with<a href=\"https:\/\/cfsalubrite.com\/en\/we-work-according-to-the-health-and-safety-of-our-workers\/\"><span class=\"medium-text\"><strong> health and safety<\/strong><\/span><\/a> will be an integral part of the training;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">We will learn to <strong>organize our work<\/strong> in an efficient and orderly manner;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A presentation of the <strong>products<\/strong>, their function and usefulness will be explained to us;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">We will master the<a href=\"https:\/\/cfsalubrite.com\/en\/useful-to-know-the-ph-scale\/\"><strong><span class=\"medium-text\">pH scale<\/span><\/strong><\/a> and we will be able to use it wisely;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">We will understand how well <span class=\"medium-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cfsalubrite.com\/en\/how-to-dilute-washing-products\/\"><strong>dilute the products<\/strong><\/a><\/span> to be effective, but also to avoid damaging surfaces;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The training will include a part of <strong>practice under the eye of an expert<\/strong> who will be able to correct our <strong><span class=\"medium-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cfsalubrite.com\/en\/10-non-conformities-in-household-maintenance\/\">non-conformities<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">We will handle the <strong>equipment<\/strong> until the technique is integrated.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">And we will even have a<strong> training book<\/strong> illustrated and written in such a way as to remind us of the know-how if necessary. Housekeeping is a service provided in buildings.
