Window cleaning, an art that can be learned
Many janitors don't bother practicing the technique. Window washing is an easy technique if you take the time to learn and master it. Don't expect to be as fast as a pro when you start. We'll demonstrate the technique, describe the cleaning steps, and explain a few tips.
Prerequisites
- A rectangular glass boiler.
- A high-quality microfiber window cleaner. There are also some with a rough side.
- Quality window scraper
- Dish soap (a few drops in your water is enough)
- Dry microfiber cloth.
Basic tips
- Slow down especially at the beginning of your learning
- Do not lift your window squeegee. Always keep moving.
- You will make a S always leaning against the window frame at each end.
- If your window squeegee leaves streaks behind it, it's either dirty or worn. Replacement blades are available that you simply slide on to replace. It's very simple.
