One year ago, CF Salubrité was born.
July, a month of renewal for me. May 9, 2017: There is 1 year, 2 months and 1 week, I had to leave the once family business forever, in the hands of people ... I felt like I was seeing my life destroyed, after 32 years in the same company, including the last years as general manager. Several tens of thousands of dollars lost. By force of circumstances, not resigning myself to going to work for another company or becoming a partner again, I was preparing to open my small business alone ... but what?!?! Phew, tough question!
Born from my deepest values and skills
By constantly turning the question over in my head and in my gut, the birth of CF Salubrité was based on my deepest values and skills. The first website went live on July 31, 2017, and the incorporation took place on October 5, 2017. I was so excited, I was freaking out! And not a single phone call during the two weeks of construction vacation! Phew, I doubted it. After two weeks, the company started to get some activity. Even though it was hell to go through, today, I think it's the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm breathing, I'm living now, and I no longer have a partner. I had to work very hard for the birth of CF Salubrité to survive and make it through its first year. All the benefits I have from this company are due to my efforts.
Where does its logo come from? 
Phew, I went around in circles trying to find it! Just as difficult as finding my innermost path! I first had to think about what values I wanted to convey in this new company. I wanted to get back to basics, see people, advise, find solutions, be hands-on! I wanted to work in a pleasant atmosphere with my clients, so that we had time to laugh and appreciate each other. And I wanted to create collaboration between the different organizations involved in housekeeping. So, its logo was born from 3 colors that I like and 3 people working together in a pleasant atmosphere. 
And to represent the training organization, a logo was created from the basic logo.
Back to school
I even had to go back to school… and I loved it! I learned how to make a website, how to SEO it, and how to write well for the web. I learned how to manage my social media, and how to do my own accounting without help. I set up my own training programs.
And now …
Today, I have a company that I love and respect. I thrive on the projects I'm given. I have wonderful win-win partnerships taking shape, and I have excellent colleagues by my side. I feel blessed by life. So to you who read me day after day, I thank you. You have helped me, supported me, pushed me to improve, and pushed me to persevere.

Who am I?
My name is Lydia Frascarelli, a trainer and consultant in housekeeping – sanitation within my company: CF Salubrity Inc. After 32 years at the helm of a cleaning company with around 100 employees, I now offer consulting and training services, specializing in cleaning and food safety.
