I made a great discovery this afternoon! Cleaning equipment designed for restrooms, changing rooms, and showers. I can easily see this equipment being used in schools, municipal buildings, sports centers, and swimming pools in particular. Here are a few details I really liked about this equipment. Enjoy!
A Nilfisk-Advance All Cleaner XP multi-function washer
Let's see its multiple functions to begin with:
- She has a solution tank 20 gallons and one recovery tank 13 gallons. So it can clean a large area
- 25-foot hose adds reach when in use. 25-foot recovery hose and 15-foot blower hose
- Collection scraper at the front of the equipment
- Compartment for two chemical products. For example, a cleaner and a disinfectant.
- Fits all types of bottles and any chemical product! Multiple dosing tips
- Canvas bag that contains extra cleaning supplies
- Variable pressure gun for increased cleaning efficiency. Highly effective for showers, locker rooms, and toilets.
- 900 volt 2-stage vacuum motor
- 97 cfm airflow. 400 psi application rate.
- Equipment weight (on casters) 86 lbs.
Utility
Personally, I would use it for gyms, sports centers, cleaning locker rooms and showers, and public restrooms. But the All Cleaner XP equipment can also be used for carpet cleaning, water or product extraction, spills, garage cleaning, etc.
As well as other activities such as washing lockers, vacuuming high ventilation grilles
To show you how to use it, here's a demonstration video made by Clarke. I'm sorry, I couldn't find a French-language video. However, just with the images, you'll understand its many facets and how to use it.
Another alternative for the washing large showers and changing rooms without equipment? Check out this blog which will give you another way of doing things.

Small downside
A small downside regarding Nilfisk-Advance-Clarke. I had to work very, very hard to get information in French! Too bad. You will see the demonstration video in English. If I ever get my hands on a video or more information in French, I will be happy to update this article.
