As a company that operates from home, CF Salubrité takes its role seriously during the Covid-19 pandemic. We know people are worried, and we want to help. Furthermore, some mines and logging camps in Northern Canada and Quebec cannot close and must adapt. Food plants represent an essential service and must remain open, while respecting certain principles. And starting this Monday, some facilities will resume operations.
What to do if your facility must remain open during the pandemic
It's essential to ensure that your facility's workers understand their role first. They must realize that their usual behaviors must change. We need to change our behaviors
Now that we've demonstrated the proper way to wash their hands, we also need workers to become aware of this and change some of their habits. A few days ago, an employee told me, "But I have no choice but to open the door!" He was frustrated by the situation and saw no other way out. So, I told him that, yes, he had no choice but to open the door, but he could choose how to do it by modeling the correct way.

Our actions that contaminate
People say to understand that they must keep 2 meters apart. But in reality, when they are next to a friend, they are side by side thinking that it is safe because it is a friend. Whether it is a friend or not, it is 2 meters apart. So to make employees aware, we will have to make them aware of themselves.
For example, you could put a dotted line path every 2 meters. It will also be necessary to limit the number of people in the same room and it will very possibly be necessary to have a manager who ensures that the rules are respected.

Do not dilute the message in the mass of display
