Two ways to take a housekeeping training course
At CF Salubrité, you have a choice:
- Public education, in our classroom in Longueuil, with participants from different organizations as well as the participant who wishes to improve their own skills.
- Private group training, given directly to your organization's or company's premises, solely for your team.
In both cases, the recipe is the same: a solid theoretical part, followed by a practical part where everything that has been learned is put into practice.
Are you a student or a worker?
You want to work with a recognized school and ensure your training is worth the investment. CF Salubrité is an accredited training organization (no. 0059019). Our courses are based on proven methods and always include a practical component, so you leave with skills you can apply immediately.
You are a manager
For you, private group training offers real advantages. It takes place at your workplace, so all your employees can attend without having to travel. It's conducted using your products, your equipment, and in your own facilities. And your entire team receives the same message, at the same time, using the same methods. Public training in our classroom
Our public training sessions are held at 706 Guimond Boulevard in Longueuil. This is the ideal format for training one or a few employees at a time, for a new employee who needs to get off to a good start, or for a self-employed worker who wants to refine their techniques.
The groups are intentionally small, so that each participant has time to ask questions and practice. Our room is entirely dedicated to training. It contains all the products, accessories, and equipment, as well as demonstration areas for practicing in real-world conditions.

- a flooring practice room, with several types of flooring that participants can touch;

Group training directly at your premises
This is the most popular option among our corporate clients: municipalities, schools and CEGEPs, factories, building managers, and seniors' residences. We come to you, anywhere in Quebec: from Montreal to Quebec City, including Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Drummondville, Gatineau, Saguenay, Rimouski, Rouyn-Noranda, and many more!
Training tailored to your specific situation
The training is delivered using the products you already use, in your own facilities. Your employees learn about the flooring, surfaces, and equipment they maintain every day. What is learned in the training can therefore be applied immediately, without any adjustments.
Your employees don't have to travel
No transportation, no time wasted on the road, no travel expenses for your team. You train everyone at the same time, with the same message and the same methods. You've done little preparation.
Your only task is to prepare a training room. For housekeeping training, for example, you simply need to provide:
- a screen for the presentation;
- tables and chairs for the participants;
- your main cleaning products, placed in the room so that they can be referred to throughout the day;
- the cleaning cart that your employees use.
We supplement with our own equipment to ensure that everything covered in the training is available on site.

The Privilege Club: the more you train, the more you benefit
Our private group training courses are grouped in our Privilege Club offer.Each group consists of up to 10 participants, trained in one day, either at your premises or in our Longueuil facility. The more groups you book, the more benefits you receive, such as a quality control assessment of your facilities with a report, followed by an audit of your products, accessories, and equipment. There are no membership fees or annual commitments. You also receive a register of your trained employees, a useful way to keep proof of training.
The structure of a training course: theory, then practice
Each training session begins with a theoretical component: best practices, work sequence, safe product use, and common mistakes to avoid. Participants can ask questions and share situations they encounter at work.
Next comes the practical part, which is included in all our training programs. We move into action: each participant puts the theoretical knowledge into practice, with guidance and feedback from the trainer. This is often where things click and good habits are formed.
What each participant receives
- The training book, in the language of their choice. Simply let us know in advance which language you would like each of your employees to use.
- A training certificate, handout to each participant.
As CF Salubrité is an accredited training organization, depending on your situation, your organization may be eligible for a Financial assistance from Services Québec for the training of your employees. Consult a business advisor in your region.
Training courses updated every year
Our training programs are updated annually. And we make sure to use real-life examples from our situation in Quebec: winter, respiratory virus season, flu season, pandemics, etc. In other words, our training programs are dynamic and adapt to real life!
