Many people think that when we reach such a high position, everything is easy for us; we're free to decide what we want. However, decision-makers know that this isn't entirely true. It's true that we are free to make decisions, but this also comes with responsibilities and positive or negative consequences.

• You will have the privilege of benefiting from the mentor's experience and expertise in their field. Mentors have extensive experience. They are generally at an age where they no longer have anything to prove in their field. But we want to give back or see other people stand out, stand out from the crowd.
