Washing fabric upholstery

I notice that in the majority of consultations I carry out for building managers, there is always the same equipment missing. Fabric upholstery washing is not done and the fabric chairs, armchairs or benches are blackened. However, this is a regular service that cleaning companies offer and it is generally a very low cost to do this work. And for any building manager with a team of attendants at his service, it is a piece of equipment of +/- $1,000.00 to purchase. Only one per building is generally sufficient. it is the portable extractor. The washing method is also relatively simple.

Here are two effective pieces of equipment currently on the market.

The one on the left is sold by the Dissan Group. It's the extractor manufactured by Nilfisk/Advance/Clarke. This one is called the Bextspot. I personally tested the old one from Advance. And it was a marvel!

The second is Tennant's, just as effective and which I have also tested.

There are many uses for this equipment:

• Washing of armchairs, sofas, fabric chairs
• For washing mattresses
• For cleaning tight spaces.
• Detaching carpet mats
• And finally, for the wheelchair fabric.

How often should you wash fabric upholstery? The good news is that with these portable devices, you can clean them as soon as they're stained! What's often difficult about removing stains is when they've been there for a long time. So, stop waiting and start removing stains as they occur. 

I would like to clarify that for wheelchairs, I will add a steam machine to thoroughly disinfect all parts of the chair.
