Teach your team leaders and supervisors to be exceptional leaders
Would you like to develop effective communication skills and be an exceptional leader? Compassionate and nonviolent communication will be the technique practiced throughout the day. The rules for participating in this training are very clear and encourage respect for each other. We will learn to know each other and communicate better during this day.
We will see what a good leader is and their common characteristics.
The manager will also be required to position themselves by organizing a project that is close to their heart. They will therefore have the choice of whether or not to disclose their project. We will see the key behaviors that can aid communication.
We will become aware of our impact on others and vice versa. We will go through all the steps of effective dialogue, respecting each other. We will learn to express our needs and learn to ask, while taking responsibility for ourselves. A training at the heart of humanity.
You will come out of this training having grown, you will see the bond that binds you to another person. You will be able to say whatever you want in a way that they can truly hear you. You won't listen to others the way you used to either.
