Ceiling fans

Have you noticed any dirt or black dust around and on the fan? Dust them off with a

microfiber duster who will help you do this work and without a ladder or stepladder since you will be able to add a handle to your tool. Manufactured by Rubbermaid Commercial, Hygen™ Flexi-Wand with Dusting Sleeve Model: JE029. Be careful to order the sleeve white, much more efficient. And not the green that usually comes with this tool.

Stains on the walls

How disappointing it is to see marks and stains on walls and doors! It's best to do them as you go, of course. Have you noticed that these are often located less than 4-5 feet from the floor? Or around the handle like a half-moon? If you take care to clean these areas daily, it will only take you a few minutes a day.
Pay particular attention to these places:
- The half-moon of the doors around the handle and the door frame
- Light switches and their outline
- The wall behind the trash cans. Sometimes you'll find coffee drops and other spills there.
- Walls near entrances and exits or at the corner of a row tend to be dirtier.
Choose real quality microfiber such as those from Vileda. You will also find a full article about Vileda microfiber clothsYou will keep your laundry for a much longer time (more than 300 washes) in addition to being more efficient.
The taps

Yes, I'm one of those who "admire" the beautiful grooves and contours of the sink, the clean drain outlet. Also check and clean the backsplash behind the sink and the countertop. It makes me happy to see this beauty. Because it's so common for these areas to be so poorly done. If you want to charm me, keep your sinks and faucets clean! (yes, yes, yes, I totally own it, hahaha) ?
Furniture storefronts

A picture is worth a thousand words, right? This is a storefront of a woodworking shop, part of an office furniture collection. It proves how little attention to detail is paid to maintenance in this building. Furniture fronts are also part of the furniture that needs cleaning.
Chairs and armchairs

Chairs also need regular care.
By the way, see the high-risk contamination contact points on these chairs – armrest, chair surround, handle.
Make sure to dust the edges where dust accumulates. You may want to use a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove the dust.
The distributors

All sides of the soap dishes must be cleaned
All hand paper, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers must be cleaned thoroughly and around them. These are high-risk contact points for contamination, and should therefore be cleaned daily.
The sides of the urinals

(walls, floors and the entire urinal)

When there is a bad smell in the bathrooms, it is usually because the walls, floor, drains as well as the toilets and urinals are not properly cleaned. Consider clean these places with a cleaner with enzymes and bacteria which will eliminate the bacteria that cause these odors.
Household appliances

Appliances include: Refrigerator, oven, microwave and toaster.

These should not include no accumulation of dirt or burnt spacesIf so, it's because they aren't cleaned daily. Remember to clean the outside of the appliance, the handle, and the inside. Be sure to unplug it when necessary. As for the microwave oven, the inside "ceiling" also needs to be cleaned.
The large factory sinks

Whether in a factory, school, or office, there is no valid reason not to clean sinks properly and thoroughly.
We must clean the entire sink (interior and exterior including the faucets and the wall that will be around). You can use scouring cream or a bathroom cleaner and rub it in. Rinse and dry with a microfiber cloth.
Your main cleaning equipment

The worst non-compliance is the maintenance of vyour own cleaning equipment and accessories that aren't cleaned. If they're not clean, how can you do a good job? After each shift, you should clean all your equipment and put the microfiber cloths in the wash. Restock with sanitation supplies to prepare your cart for the next shift.
Rinse your boiler and leave it clean and empty! It is your responsibility to clean your equipment and work tools, as well as keep your housekeeping area clean.
Non-conformities to be corrected
Wikipedia has popularized this notion of non-conformity well.
In quality management, a nonconformity is the failure to meet a requirement or a deviation from a specification, standard, or expectation. Nonconformities are usually classified as critical, major, or minor. Wikipedia
Provide documentation
Take the lead. Make sure you have a quality control sheet which summarizes all the work that needs to be done. If the people who do the cleaning of your building are not your direct employees, it might be appropriate to do your service provider's assessment.
